Siraj Makbool ("Developer", "We", "Us", or "Our") built the Muse Player app as a Freemium app with In-App Purchases. This SERVICE is provided by Siraj Makbool at no cost for the basic features and is intended for use "AS IS".

1. Information Collection and Use Muse Player is primarily an offline local music player. If you purchase the "Premium" version of the app, these advertisements will be disabled.

4. Permissions Needed To function properly, Muse Player requires the following permissions:

• Storage Access: To read and play the audio files stored on your device.

• Internet Connection: To load advertisements and verify in-app purchases (Premium subscriptions).

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions Muse Player offers premium features and themes via Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your credit card or payment details. All payment processing is securely handled by Google Play.

6. Children’s Privacy These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
